FLEXible Learning Experience

Crossroads FLEX High School offers a flexible hybrid learning model that blends in-person instruction, online learning, and personalized support to meet the needs of students whose schedules conflict with a traditional school day. Designed for students balancing 20+ hours a week of rigorous artistic or athletic pursuits, our program allows learners to stay on track for graduation while pursuing their passions at a high level.

FLEXible Hybrid Learning Model

Our FLEXible Hybrid Learning offers the best of both worlds: in-person learning paired with engaging online instruction. Required seat time provides guidance, accountability, and real-time support so students can succeed while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Course Delivery

Most courses are taught by FLEX staff through a blend of in-person and online learning. Teachers provide academic support, monitor progress, and give timely feedback. NCVPS expands opportunities with fully online elective and AP courses taught by external instructors.

Pursuits are central to our FLEX model. A pursuit is an artistic or athletic commitment requiring 20+ hours of weekly training that conflicts with a traditional school schedule. FLEX allows students to balance their pursuit while meeting graduation and college and career readiness requirements.
